甘蓝型油菜抗旱机制及育种研究进展

摘    要:干旱胁迫是农业生产上长期存在的非生物逆境因子,严重影响甘蓝型油菜的生长发育和产量。近年来,国内外研究人员尝试采用各种生物学手段解析甘蓝型油菜的抗旱遗传机制,培育抗旱甘蓝型油菜品种。简要概述了甘蓝型油菜抗旱相关性状QTL定位、干旱胁迫下的应答蛋白等抗旱分子机制及抗旱育种方面的研究进展,为提高甘蓝型油菜抗旱性提供相关理论参考,以加快甘蓝型油菜抗旱育种的研究进程。

Abstract:Drought stress is one of the major constraint environmental factors for global agricultural production,which greatly affects the growth and productivity of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).Recently,scientists have been trying to investigate the genetic and molecular mechanisms of drought resistance in rapeseed, and breed drought-tolerant cultivars.This review summarized the most recent progress on the molecular mechanism for drought tolerance,including QTL analyses of drought-related traits and drought-responsive proteins,and drought resistance breeding in rapeseed,so as to provide the interrelated theoretical basis for enhancing drought tolerance in rapeseed and accelerating the improvement programs in Brassica crops.
