鱼蛋白多肽对铜胁迫下彩椒幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘    要:为探讨鱼蛋白多肽对铜胁迫下彩椒幼苗生长的缓解作用,以彩椒品种花仙子幼苗为试材,研究了不同质量浓度(0、1、3、5、7 g/L)鱼蛋白多肽溶液对铜胁迫(150 mg/L)下彩椒幼苗生长及生理的影响。结果表明:铜胁迫下彩椒幼苗的生长明显受到抑制,而叶面施用适宜质量浓度的鱼蛋白多肽溶液后,彩椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部和地下部干鲜质量、抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)]活性总体上显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,其中以5 g/L的鱼蛋白多肽溶液处理效果最佳。说明鱼蛋白多肽能有效缓解铜胁迫对彩椒幼苗生长的抑制作用,提高其抗铜胁迫能力。

Abstract:To study the mitigation effect of fish protein polypeptide on seedling growth of color pepper under copper stress,the seedlings of color pepper'Huaxianzi'were used to study the effects of different concentrations (0,1,3,5,7 g/L) of fish protein polypeptide on their growth and physiological characteristics under the treatment of 150 mg/L copper stress.The results showed that the growth of seedlings was inhibited significantly under copper stress.Plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of both aboveground part and underground part,antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT) activities of color pepper seedlings were all increased significantly,while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was reduced significantly after spraying fish protein polypeptide on the leaves at the appropriate concentration.The optimum concentration of fish protein polypeptide was 5 g/L.These results indicated that fish protein polypeptide could effectively alleviate the copper stress on the growth of color pepper seedlings and enhance their ability to resist copper stress.
