| 摘 要： | 以农杆菌渗入烟草表皮瞬间表达绿色荧光蛋白的观察实验为例,对植物学与分子生物学研究创新型实验的选题设计、教学过程和效果进行了探讨。该实验项目的实施培养了学生的团队精神、科学素养和创新意识,提高了实验设计和实际操作能力,是生物科学特色专业实验教学改革的有益尝试。
