游离棉酚对平菇生长的影响

摘    要:在平菇栽培料中添加不同含量的游离棉酚,研究游离棉酚对平菇菌丝生长速度的影响,同时采用高效液相色谱法测定棉籽壳游离棉酚的含量及平菇栽培过程中不同时期游离棉酚的残留量.结果表明:不同产区棉籽壳游离棉酚的含量不同;平菇菌丝的生长速度随着游离棉酚含量的增加呈波浪型曲线变化.游离棉酚含量为0—1.0mg·kg-1时,平菇子实体游离棉酚的残留量随着游离棉酚含量的增加略有增大;栽培料中再增加游离棉酚的含量,子实体游离棉酚的残留量并未随着游离棉酚含量的增加而增大;游离棉酚含量为1.0mg·kg-1时,子实体游离棉酚的残留量最高,为96.47mg·kg-1,低于国家安全标准(≤200mg·kg-1).

Abstract:In order to study effects of free gossypol on Pleurotus ostreatus mycelial growth, and detect the residual of free gossypoI inthe cultivation process of P. ostreatus, P. ostreatus was under different contents of free gossypol, the content of free gossypol in thecotton seed and the cultivating media of P. ostreatua were detected by high performance liquid chromatograpy. Results showed thatthe free gossypol contents of cotton seed hulls from different regions were different. With the increase of the contents of free goasy-pol, the growth rate of mycelium was wave-shaped curve change. The contents of free gossypol in the fruit bodies raised with the gos-sypol increment (0 - 1.0 mg · kg-1 ). When the contents of free gossypol were further improved, the contents of free gossypol in thefruit bodies did not raise. When the cultivating media added the free gossypol content ( 1.0 mg·kg-1) , the content of free gossypolin the fruit bodies was the highest (96.47 mg·kg-1 ) ,which was lower than national limit ( ≤200mg·kg-1 ).
