版纳斗鸡血液免疫指标的测定

摘    要: 检测了60日龄和547日龄云南西双版纳斗鸡的IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4,E玫瑰花环、E总花环等常规血液生化指标。结果表明:60日龄雄性斗鸡的IgG,IgM含量分别比雌性斗鸡高6.3%和10.7%, IgA含量却明显低于雌性斗鸡;C3,C4含量分别比雌性斗鸡高14.6%和17.5%;活性E花环和总E花环分别比雌性斗鸡高40.6%和63.1%,差异显著(P≤0.05)。547日龄雄性斗鸡的IgM含量比雌性斗鸡高33.1%,差异显著(P≤0.05),而IgG,IgA含量却无明显差异(P≥0.05);雌性斗鸡的C3,C4含量分别比雄性斗鸡高43.6%和36.8%;雄性斗鸡的活性E花环和总E花环分别比雌性斗鸡高62.7%和43.1%,差异明显(P≤0.05)。雄性斗鸡的体液免疫、细胞免疫水平、补体含量均明显比雌性斗鸡要高。雄性斗鸡Ig G,Ig A,Ig M含量在60日龄和547日龄均无明显差异(P≥0.05);而547日龄的C3,C4含量、E活性花环、E总花环与60日龄比较有上升趋势;雌性斗鸡 C3,IgG,IgM含量在547日龄与60日龄比较有下降趋势;而IgA则比60日龄上升57.7%;C4含量、E活性花环率均有所上升,差异显著(P≤0.05)。

Abstract:The content of IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 and formative ratio of ERFC and total rosette were tested on Game chicken which were fed in Xishuangbanna at the age of 60th day and 547th day. The result indicated that content of IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and formative ratio of ERFC and Total rosette in male Game chicken at the age of 60th day was respectively higher 6.3%,10.7%,14.6%,17.5%,40.6%,63.1% than the female ,but the IgA was lower. They were significant difference. Content of IgM, C3,C4, formative ratio of ERFC and total rosette in male Game chicken at the age of 547th day was respectively higher 33.1%, 43.6%, 36.8%,62.7%,43.1% than the female, but the one of IgG,IgA were not significant difference. Content of IgG, IgM, IgA in male Game chicken at the age of 60th day and 547th day was note significant difference(P≥0.05),but the one of C3,C4 formative ratio of ERFC and Total rosette at the 547th was respectively higher 7.9%,27.7%,12%,5% than the 60th.They were significant difference. Content of Ig G, IgM C3 in female Game chicken at the age of 547th day was respectively lower 5.2%,12.3%,13.9% than the one of 60th day, but the IgA,C4 was higher 57.47%.They was significant difference. The total rosette wasn't significant difference. Conclusion is thant action of humoral immunity, cellular immunity, content of complement in male Game chicken was excellent to female.
