烤烟常用亲本农艺性状的配合力分析

摘    要: 采用双列杂交Griffing 4 设计对烤烟红花大金元、K326等6个常用亲本的株高、叶数、叶长、叶宽、叶面积和茎围等6个农艺性状进行研究。结果表明:所试亲本的6个农艺性状的一般配合力差异除叶数达显著水平外,其余性状均达到极显著水平,特殊配合力差异除茎围不显著外,其余性状均达到了极显著水平。叶片数、叶长和茎围以加性效应为主,株高、叶宽和叶面积受加性效应与非加性效应共同控制。通过一般配合力效应值的估计,得出较好的亲本是P3,红花大金元两个亲本。通过特殊配合力效应值估计,并结合亲本的一般配合力效应值分析,得出较好的杂交组合是红花大金元×K326、红花大金元×黔二、柯48×黔二、黔二×南卡58这4个组合。

Abstract:The diallel cross Griffing 4 design was applied to study 6 agronomic traits (including plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and stalk circumference) of 6 FCV parents Hongda, K326, P3, cocker 48, Qian 2 and SC 58. The results indicated that the GCA dlifferences of all traits were significant at 1% level except that of leaf number at 5% level. The SCA of stalk circumference was not significant and that of five other traits was significant at 1% level. The additive effect was mainly showed in leaf number. leaf length and stalk circumference, whereas both additive and non-additive effects were showed in plant height, leaf width and leaf area. Through the estimation of GCA and SCA values, the better cross combinations obtained were Hongda×K326, Hongda×Qian2, Cocker 48×Qian 2 and Qian 2×SC58.
