摘    要: 简述了烟叶中淀粉的合成、积累代谢,并从遗传因素、环境因子、农艺措施、调制及陈化发酵几个方面总结了影响烤烟淀粉含量的主要因素。

Abstract:The anabolism of starch was reviewed, and the main influential factors of starch content of flue-cured tobacco leaves in China during recent years were summarized in five aspects, such as genetic factor, environmental factors, agronomic measures, curing technique, aging and fermentation.
