| 摘 要： | 通过在培养基中加入适量的过氧化氢酶、丙酮酸钠和适当的稀释培养基，以及采用土壤浸出液直接培养的方法，将从土壤中筛选出的处于不可培养（VBNC）状态的微生物进行培养，结果部分难培养微生物恢复分裂能力形成菌落，这为进一步开发土壤中微生物资源奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | By adding optimum catalase and sodium pyruvate into the diluted culture medium and using the soil leachate to culture directly,the VBNC microbes screened from soil were cultured.The results showed that some VBNC microbes recovered the fissiparous ability and formed colony.This study was the foundation for utilizing the VBNC microbe resources in soil. |
