| 摘 要： | 采用流水密闭装置测定了五组不同规格的黄颡鱼和一组瓦氏黄颡的耗氧率,找出了黄颡鱼的耗氧率和体重的关系式,对黄颡鱼和瓦氏黄颡鱼的耗氧率进行了比较,并绘制了两种黄颡鱼耗氧率的昼夜变化图。试验表明:瓦氏黄颡鱼的耗氧率显著高于同种规格的黄颡鱼,随着体重的增加两种黄颡鱼耗氧率都显著下降。两种黄颡鱼的耗氧率的最大值都出现在晚上23时前后。通过测定计算出黄颡鱼的耗氧率与体重的回归方程为:Y=0.7279X-1.1826,R2=0.9872。

Studies on the oxygen consumption rates between of pelteobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson)and pelteobagrus vachelli(Richardson) |

| Abstract: | The oxygen consumption rates of pelteobagrus fulvidraco and pelteobagrus vachelli were studied by krogh's method.P.fulvidraco was divided into six groups according to their sizes to study and one group of p.vachelli was studied.The water temperature was among 22±0.5℃The result shows that the oxygen consumption rate of P.vachelli is higher than that of P.fulvidraco.The oxygen consumption rate of P.fulvidraco decreased apparently with the increasing of the body weights.The highest rate of oxygen consumption of two species was in about 11:00 pm.The linear regression relationships among oxygen consumption rate(Y) and body weight(X) can be described by Y=0.7279X-1.1826,and the multiple relation coeffreient was 0.9872. |
