| 摘 要： | 选取70日龄太湖鹅60只进行屠宰性能测定和相关性分析.结果表明,70日龄太湖鹅公母鹅活重、屠体重、全净膛重、半净膛重存在显著差异（P＜0.05）,胸肌重、腿肌重和腹脂重差异不显著（P＞0.05）；公母鹅的肉用性能差异不显著（P＞0.05）,但母鹅肉用性能高于公鹅.结果表明,太湖鹅屠宰性能和肉用性能各指标间存在极显著或显著正相关.

| Abstract: | Sixty taihu goose in 70 days were selected slaughtering performance measurement, correlation analysis and the related indicators. The results showed that, in 70 days goose alive weight, slaughter weight, eviscerated weight, half eviscerated weight had significant differences（P〈0.05）, chest, leg muscle weight and abdominal fat weight difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. Male and female goose meat performance difference was not significant（P〉0.05）, but female goose meat quality was higher than male goose. Slaughter performance and meat quality of Taihu goose extremely significant or significant positive correlation between every index. |
