| 摘 要： | 将野生稻中发现的抗白叶枯病基因Xa23转入3个优良恢复系中,为培育新的抗白叶枯病品种奠定基础.采用分子标记辅助育种(MAS)和人工剪叶接种方法快速选育抗白叶枯病新品系.选取前期所得的材料进行P6菌接种鉴定,利用Xa23基因连锁的EST标记C189对接种所得的272份接种鉴定表现有抗性的材料进行标记检测,共得到含有Xa23基因的材料254份,研究发现所得到的材料已经基本稳定,可选取最优品系参加新品种的区试.
