猪体内金黄色葡萄球菌及凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药性调查及耐药基因分布研究

摘    要:2010年从广东省不同地区230头猪的淋巴结样品中分离鉴定出90株葡萄球菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌19株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌71株.采用琼脂稀释法检测其对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,并用PCR方法检测13种耐药基因的携带情况,运用统计学方法分析猪体内金黄色葡萄球菌与凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药性和耐药基因分布情况的差异.结果显示葡萄球菌对大环内酯类、林可胺类和四环素类抗生素的耐药率较高(>80%).金黄色葡萄球菌与凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对多数药物耐药情况及耐药基因的携带情况差异不显著,但对苯唑西林的耐药率及linA、ermB基因的携带率差异显著(P<0.05),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌明显高于金黄色葡萄球菌.
