太子参茎叶多糖对小鼠免疫器官指数和血清免疫球蛋白、补体含量的影响

摘    要:将60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组,太子参茎叶多糖(RPSLP)低、中、高剂量组,每组15只.空白对照组小鼠灌服0.2m L·d~(-1)蒸馏水,低、中、高剂量组小鼠分别灌服50、100和200 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)RPSLP,14 d后检测各组小鼠的免疫器官指数和血清免疫球蛋白、补体含量,研究RPSLP对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果表明:与空白对照组相比,高剂量组小鼠的脾脏指数显著提高(P0.05),胸腺指数显著降低(P0.05);低、中剂量组小鼠的IgA含量显著提高(P0.05),低剂量组小鼠的IgM含量显著提高(P0.05),高剂量组小鼠的IgM含量显著降低(P0.05);中、高剂量组小鼠的C_3含量显著提高(P0.05);各剂量组小鼠的IgG和C_4含量无显著差异(P0.05).由此可见,一定剂量的RPSLP可以促进小鼠免疫器官的发育,增强免疫力.

Abstract:Sixty mice were randomized into 4 groups, normal control, low-, intermediate- and high-dose of Radix pseudostellariae stem and leaf polysaccharides (PRSLP) groups, consisting of 15 mice each. Mice from PRSLP groups were administered by gavage with RPSLP at doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 for 14 d, which was replaced with 0.2 mL distilled water for the normal control. Then immune organ index was assayed and contents of immunoglobulin and complement in serum of mice were detected. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the spleen index of high-dose group was significantly increased ( P<0.05), and the thymus index was significantly decreased (P<0.05). IgA level in low- and intermediate-dose groups were signifi-cantly increased ( P<0.05) . IgM content in low-dose group was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , but it was significantly decreased in high-dose group (P<0.05). C3 levels in intermediate- and high-dose groups increased significantly (P<0.05). Contents of IgG and C4 were not significantly different among all groups ( P>0.05) . It is concluded that RPSLP promotes the development of immune organ and enhances immunity in mice at certain dose.
