| 摘 要： | 本文对西北不同分布区中所采到的种、亚种和类型的沙棘种子、果肉、果渣和果汁漂浮物的含油率、沙棘油的理化性质、脂肪酸组成和生物活性物质的含量等数据,进行了比较研究,为各地沙棘油的提取、精炼加工和利用,提供了基本依据。

| Abstract: | The percentages of oil content in seeds, fruits,fruit dregs and suspended substances in fruit juices of several species of sea-buckthorn (Hip-pophea spp.) from Northwestern China were determined. The physico-chem cal prapecties of these oils as well as their fatty acids composition and bio-active principles were also camparatively studied. These basic data may be evidenced as refences in extraction, refining and exploitation of utilization sea-buckthorn oils |
