氮钾肥对叶菜硝酸盐含量和VC含量的影响

摘    要:采用随机区组试验设计,研究了氮钾肥不同混合配比施用对3种叶菜硝酸盐含量和Vc含量的影响。结果表明,增施氮肥提高3种叶菜硝酸盐含量,增施钾肥对大白菜和芹菜硝酸盐含量的影响不大,对甘蓝则为低钾(K1)使硝酸盐含量提高4.4%,高钾则降低硝酸盐33.3%-41.1%。氮钾肥对3种叶菜营养品质的效应因叶菜种类各异。3种叶菜的VC含量以大白菜最高,芹菜最低;可溶性糖含量和氨基酸含量均以甘蓝最高,芹菜最低。

The Effect of Nitrogen and Potash Fertilizer on Nitrate and VC Content of Leafy Vegetables

Abstract:The randomized block experimental design is used to study the effect of different mixing ratio of nitrogen and potash fertilizer on nitrate and Vc content in three kinds of leafy vegetables. The results show that the increased use of nitrogenous fertilizers improve nitrate content of three kinds of leafy vegetables, the increased use of potassium has little effect on the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage and celery, lower content of potash fertilizer (K1) makes nitrate content of Brassica hypokalemia increase 4.4%, higher content of potash fertilizer makes it decrease 33.3%-41.1%.The effect of nitrogen and potash fertilizer on three kinds of leafy vegetables have difference due to different types of leafy vegetables .Among the three kinds of leafy vegetablesm, the Ve content of Chinese cabbage is the highest, celery is the lowest, soluble sugar and amino acids content of Brassica hypokalemia are the highest, celery is the lowest.
