| 摘 要： | 森林资源监测是林业可持续发展的基础，及时了解和总结3s技术国外森林资源监测工作的现状与发展趋势，对我国森林资源监测体系的完善和调查方法的改进具有重要的借鉴意义。在此基础上，提出森林资源监测体系向森林生态状况综合监测发展，监测手段由常规地面调查向“天-地-空”一体化综合，监测内容标准化和规范化，分析评价综合化，建立较为完善监测成果共享网络和经费投入与技术服务保障机制等建议。
