闽楠优良地理种源选择及其子代林遗传增益分析

摘    要:收集福建和江西闽楠自然分布区20个地理种源,在福建明溪县进行其地理种源试验。2013年11月,调查9年生闽楠幼林的生长量指标,以选择闽楠的优良地理种源,进行其子代林遗传增益分析,结果表明,闽楠的树高、地径、冠幅等指标存在显著性差异,具有较高的广义遗传力和变异系数;树高、地径、冠幅等性状间存在显著性正相关。综合树高、地径、冠幅等3个性状,利用多性状综合评价方法决选出:福建明溪为最优种源,福建永安、福建浦城与江西上饶为优良地理种源;4个优良地理种源的平均遗传增益,树高为23.73%,地径为27.77%,冠幅为26.11%。

Abstract:Based on the collection of 20 geography provenances from Fujian and Jiangxi , the test of geography provenances of Phoebe bournei was conducted in Mingxi County of Fujian .In addion , for selecting excellent geo-graphical provenances and conducting analysis on progeny forest genetic gain , field survey on growth index of 9-year-old young forest was also made . The result showed that there was significant difference among tree height , ground diameter , crown width , there were high broad heritability and the genetic variation coefficient among these 3 traits.There were significant positive relation among tree height , ground diameter , and crown width .The result of comprehensive evaluation on multiple characters showed that Fujian Mingxi was the best provenance , while Fu-jian Yongan , Fujian Pucheng , Jiangxi Shangrao were excellent geographical provenance .The average genetic gain of the 4 selected superior geographical provenances were 23.73%from tree height , 27.77% from ground diame-ter, 26.11 % from crown width .
