| 摘 要： | 随着高校走向市场经济步伐的加快,高校自身求生存、求发展的压力也随之加大.在师资队伍建设中,普遍存在着重业务素质建设而轻思想道德素质建设的问题,严重地反映出教师队伍特别是青年教师队伍思想道德素质现状令人堪忧.分析当前高校青年教师思想道德方面存在的普遍问题及成因,针对性地提出了加强和改进的办法.
