| 摘 要： | 丰富的沙物质来源和干旱的气候及风动力条件是土地沙化发生发展的自然因素,人类不合理的开发活动,在自然因素的基础上对土地沙化起到了激发和促进作用。自然因素和人为因素的双重作用,为准噶尔盆地南缘土地沙化发展提供了必要条件。土地沙化不仅危害当地群众的生存环境,导致农田、牧场土地退化,而且对当地经济社会和谐发展构成不利影响,制约经济发展。
