| 摘 要： | 甘肃省陇南市具有发展花椒产业的资源优势和有利条件,经过多年发展,已形成一定规模和效益,取得了很大成绩,但在产业化发展方面仍相对落后,具体存在采收困难、深加工不足、销售渠道窄等多方面问题.在上述陇南花椒产供销方面存在的问题及原因分析的基础上,提出了优化品种、加大科技投入、重视加工增值、健全市场服务体系等对策.

| Abstract: | There were resource advantages and favorable condition to develop Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Longnan of Gansu.After years of development,Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry has formed certain scale and benefit,and has made great achievements,but industrialization development was still relatively backward.There existed some specific problems including harvest difficulties,inadequate further processing and narrow marketing channel.Based on the problems and cause analysis of supply and marketing of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Longnan,some countermeasures were put forward as follows: optimizing variety,increasing science & technology investment,emphasizing on processing increment,and perfecting market service system. |
