杜仲带芽茎段的离体快速微繁殖研究

摘    要:以杜仲为材料,进行了带芽茎段的离体快速微繁殖研究。结果表明:以成年树带芽茎段作为外植体进行繁殖,每年以4,5月所取外植体萌发最好(萌发率达90%以上),且枝条中部和顶部腋芽的萌发效果较基部要好。以MS附加0.1 mg/L 6-BA培养基作为腋芽诱导培养基,以MS附加2.0 mg/L 6-BA和0.05 mg/L NAA培养基为继代增殖培养基较为适宜,以1/2MS附加1.5 mg/L IBA和20 mg/L蔗糖(S)培养基诱导生根,生根率达90%。

Abstract:The rapid micro-propagation techniques of Eucommia ulmoildes Oliv.were presented.The results were as follows: The best suitable explants tested for culture showing the lowest rate of contamination,were the middle and top axillary buds from the new sprouts taken in April and May each year.The optimal induction medium was MS supplemented with 6-BA 0.1mg/L.And the optimal medium for multiplication was MS 2.0mg/L 6-BA 0.05 mg/L NAA.Rooting was induced on 1/2MS 1.5 mg/L IBA 20mg/L IBA,which rooting rate reached 90%.
