灰葡萄孢菌侵染对采后猕猴桃果实生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:为给采后猕猴桃果实的保鲜、病害防治及抗病育种提供参考依据,以红肉系列的当家品种‘红阳’猕猴桃为试材,以浓度为104个/mL的灰葡萄孢菌悬浮液对其果实分别进行了0、24、48、72、96、120h的侵染处理,就不同处理对诱发猕猴桃果实采后病变腐烂及其生理生化指标的影响情况进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:各处理的猕猴桃果实内4种防御酶(POD、SOD、CAT和PAL)活性、总酚和木质素含量均呈先升高后下降的变化趋势;其内源激素IAA和GA含量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,SA含量则呈逐渐增长趋势,ABA含量呈先上升后降低再升高的变化趋势。分析结果表明:猕猴桃果实在受到灰葡萄孢菌侵染胁迫下能有效激活其与抗病相关的生理生化指标,通过形成较强的防御酶活性或提高其木质素、多酚及内源激素的含量来缓解病菌逆境对其造成的伤害;各项生理生化指标在猕猴桃果实与灰葡萄孢菌的互作过程中是相互联系的,而不是某一项生理生化指标(防御酶或激素)单独起作用的。

Abstract:In order to provide some references for preservation, disease control and disease-resistance breeding of postharvest kiwifruit, using a red flesh cultivar of ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit as test materials, fruits were respectively infected with Botrytis cinerea suspension (104 spores/mL) for 0, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 h, and effects of different treatments on rot resistance and some physiological and biochemical indexes of kiwifruit were studied. The results showed that activities of four defense enzymes (POD, SOD, CAT and PAL), total phenol and lignin contentsin treated kiwifruits were all increased, and then decreased. Among the endogenous hormones, contents of IAA and GA were firstly increased and then decreased, while SA content was increased gradually, ABA content was increased, decreased, and finally increased. These indicate that kiwifruit could effectively activate its physiological and biochemical indexes related to disease resistance under stress of B. cinerea infecting, and damages caused bypathogens could be alleviated through forming stronger defense enzyme activity or increasing contents of lignin, polyphenols and endogenous hormones. Physiological and biochemical indexes were interrelated in interaction between kiwifruit and B. cinerea, and rather than acting result of single physiological and biochemical index (defense enzyme or hormone).
