摘    要:为了研究桂花品种间的演化关系,采用调查与登记的方法,建立了桂花品种性状数值化指标,并用金狮桂中期染色体制备方法对金桂品种群中金狮桂的植物学特性和核型进行了系统分析。结果表明:金狮桂Osmanthus fragrans cv.Jinshi是一种小乔木,高4~5 m,树冠呈卵球形;其叶片形状为长椭圆形,先端渐尖,侧脉6~9对,叶柄长约6~8 mm;花芽多有2对,每芽有花7~10朵;花色浅黄,子房退化;9月中、下旬开花;其叶面积系数较小,为0.701;其叶长平均值为8.93 cm,叶宽平均值为3.51 cm,叶长与叶宽之比在2.5以上;金狮桂的体细胞染色体数目为2n=46,染色体基数为x=23;核型公式为2n=2x=46=6m 16sm 4st;桂花核型类型属于Stebbins核型分类中的"2A"型,核型不对称系数为64.28%。

Abstract:In order to learn the evolution relationship between varieties,numerical indexes of characteristics in Osmanthus fragrans varieties were established through investigation and record,and botanical characteristics and karyotype in O.fragrans cv.Jinshi were analyzed systematically by metaphase chromosome preparation method.The results showed that O.fragrans cv.Jinshi was a kind of small arbor,4-5 m high,and tree crown was ovoid.The blade was long oval,with gradually cuspidate tip and 6-9 pairs lateral veins,and petiole was about 6-8 mm.Most flower buds were 2 pairs,and each flower bud had 7-10 flowers;flower was light yellow,and ovary degenerated;it would bloom during the middle and last ten days of September.Leaf area coefficient was only 0.701;average leaf long was 8.93 cm,and average leaf wide was 3.51 cm;the ratio of leaf long to wide was above 2.5.The number of somatic chromosome in O.fragrans cv.Jinshi was 2n=46,and the basic chromosome number was x=23.The karyotype formula was 2n=2x=46=26m 16sm 4st.The karyotype belonged to 2A type,and the asymmetry coefficient was 64.28 %.
