MCI法在酚类结构与杀菌活性间的相关性研究

摘    要:利用分子连接性指数方法计算部分酚类物质的分子连接性指数,发现它的变化与其分子中局部偶极矩值的变化一致,说明酚类物质的杀菌活性和该分子苯环上的连接有密切的关系。分子连接性指数方法分析结构-性质关系更为方便,为今后研究结构-性质-活性提供理论参考。

Abstract:Molecular Connectivity Indices(MCI) in partial phenols was calculated by the method of MCI. the result revealed that its changes was same to that of the conce of partial moment of dipole, and showed the activity of sterilization of enzymatical compounds has consanguineous relationship with the change of partial moment dipole on the benzene ring of the molecule. It is even more convenience in analysing relationship of structure and character by the method of MCI. it offer theoretical reference in studying relationship of structure -character-activity for the future.
