摘    要:为了解棉花转录因子CBF基因转化烟草的抗寒性,将苗龄21d的转基因及其野生型T2代烟苗进行0、-1、-2、-3、-4℃低温处理4h,分别进行各处理材料的电解质渗透率、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量的检测。结果表明转基因烟草的电导率和丙二醛含量均低于非转基因烟草,而转基因烟草的可溶性糖含量高于非转基因烟草。证实转CBF基因可以提高烟株的抗寒性。

Abstract:In order to know stress tolerance of tobacco, T2 generation transgenic (CBF gene in Gossypium hirsutum) and non- transgenic tobacco was treated with different low temperature (0,-1 ,-2 ,-3 ,-4℃ ). The conductivity,the concentration of propyl and sugar were tested. The results indicated that the conductivity and the concentration of propyl of transgenic tobacco were lower than non-transgenic tobacco. However, the concentration of sugar of transgenic tobacco was higher than non-transgenic tobacco. These results demonstrated that the cold tolerance of transgenic tobacco level was enhanced.
