| 摘 要： | 本文建立了测定集装箱底板中辛硫磷防腐剂含量的方法,采用二氯甲烷萃取,经浓缩后,上液相色谱—质谱联用仪（LC-MS）进行测定。结果表明：采用LC-MS测定辛硫磷能避免因受热分解而是响应值降低的问题,该方法简单、易操作,线性相关性好,相关系数R2大于或等于0.9990,测得辛硫磷的检测低限为2ng/mL,回收率在73.00%～102.00%之间,RSD在4.06%～7.82%之间。

| Abstract: | The Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS)was used for determination of Phoxim in plywoods for container flooring for the first time.After extraction by Dichloromethane and concentration by Rotavapor,the analysis of Phoxim by LC-MS was in selective ion mode.The results showed that The LC-MS Determination of Phoxim can be able to avoid problem of reducing the response because of heat decomposition,the method was convenient and sensitive.A good linearity correlation with correlation coefficient R2 was... |
