| 摘 要： | 社会化服务体系建设是发展非公有制林业的基本保障.通过对文安县社会化服务体系建设现状的分析,总结了林业社会化服务体系建设存在的问题,并对进一步完善社会化服务体系建设提出了发展对策,即创造宽松林业发展环境,建立森林资源评估机构,健全活立木市场,强化市场服务,支持农民自办、联办服务.

| Abstract: | The construction of social service system is a fundamental guarantee for developing non-public forestry.Based on the analysis on the situation of social service system construction, mainly including the aspects of technical guidance, technological generalization and association support with each other, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the construction of social service system for forestry. In order to perfect further social service system, the paper presents the suggestions:creating fine environment for forestry development, establishing institution for assessing forest resource, perfecting standing tree market, strengthening market service, supporting service for farmer own or with each other. |
