钒酸钠处理对草莓果实成熟的影响

摘    要:研究了"春星"草莓果实经不同浓度钒酸钠处理后呼吸速率和可溶性糖、酚类物质、类黄酮、花青苷含量的变化.结果表明,经钒酸钠处理后,呼吸速率、花青苷含量明显提高,可溶性糖、类黄酮含量下降,酚类物质也有不同程度的改变.这表明,钒酸钠有加速成熟的作用,Ca2+-ATPase活性与果实成熟密切相关.

Abstract:Changes on respiration rate and content of sugar, phenolic compound, flavonoid and anthocyanin were studied for strawberry fruits with different concentration treatments of Na_3VO_4.The results indicated that respiration rate and anthocyanin content increased apparently, but soluble sugar and flavonoid content declined and phenolic compound content also altered for different degrees after fruits were disposed with Na_3VO_4. Thus, it indicated that Na_3VO_4 could accelerate fruits maturation and Ca~(2+)-ATPase activity was closely related to fruit maturation.
