| 摘 要： | 本文运用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，研究了道路运输业综合能力评价指标体系确立的标准和原则，构建了黑龙江省道路运榆业综合能力的层次分类模型，并对指标进行分析、筛选，最后通过指标因子分析，建立道路运输业评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | By means of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this article studies the standard and principle of setting up the index system for evaluating the comprehensive capacity of road transportation,and establishes the hierarchy classification model of transportation's comprehensive capacity for Heilongjiang Province.After analyzing and filtering the indexes and factors analysis,the index system of road transportation's comprehensive capacity is established. |
