城市交通环境影响评价指标体系

摘    要:交通服务的对象是人,影响最大的也是人,但是目前环境影响评价单纯的从生物、物理、化学指标入手,在交通以人为本的今天是远远不够的。环境影响评价更多的应该考虑人的意愿,根据人的意原,相应的对居民认为影响最大的因素进行评价,找出应对措施,使交通对人的负面影响降到最低。

Abstract:The object of transport service is people, and the most affected one by it is people too. However, the current envi- ronmental impact assessment, purely studied by the indexes like biological, physical and chemical indicators is not enough in today's people-oriented situation. Human's will should be the first consideration for environmental impact assessment, according to which, the most important factor for residents can be evaluated, and the corresponding measures can be found to minimize the negative impact of traffic to people.
