干旱胁迫下PP_(333)预处理对黄皮生理反应的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的PP_(333)(50、100、150mg/L)在干旱胁迫前1d处理,研究干旱胁迫下PP_(333)对黄皮小苗的生理反应的影响。结果表明,PP_(333)预处理有效地降低了干旱胁迫下黄皮叶片的细胞质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)和H_2O_2含量及POD活性的增加程度,并能延缓叶片叶绿素、水势和可溶性蛋白质含量及SOD活性的降低,表明PP_(333)预处理可以有效地减轻干旱对黄皮引起的自由基伤害和提高黄皮的抗旱能力。不同浓度的PP_(333)预处理以100mg/L处理对黄皮保护效果最好。

Abstract:PP_(333) (50?100?150 mg / L) was used to study the physiological protective effect on Chausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels seedlings one day before drought stress. The results showed that the pre-treatment with PP_(333) decreased the level of permeability of plasma membrane, SOD activity, MDA and H_2O_2 content, retarded the decrease of contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein and the SOD activity in C. lansium (Lour.) Skeels seedlings under drought stress. The protective effect of PP333 with different concentrations was different from each other and the protective effect of PP_(333) with 100 mg / L was most effective.
