摘    要:利用人工气候室模拟寒潮对荔枝进行低温胁迫处理,研究低温胁迫下多效唑对荔枝内源激素和水分状况的影响,结果表明,PP333处理明显提高了低温下的荔枝叶片脱落酸(ABA)水平,降低了吲哚乙酸(IAA)水平,叶片ABA/IAA处于高水平,并使叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)减弱,水势升高,叶片电解质渗出率减少。经受极端低温后,PP333处理的荔枝仍有较高的成花率。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of paclobutrazol(PP 333 )on endogenous hormone and water condition of litchi in low tem-perature,litchi trees were treated with low temperature in controlled environment chamber for imitating cold wave.The results showed that PP 333 treatment raised abscisic acid(ABA)levels and reduced indole-3acetic acid(IAA)levels of litchi leaves in low temperature.Hence the value of ABA/IAA was higher than that of control.Also,transpiration rate(Tr )decreased and leaf water potential increased,electrolytic leakage decreased when treated with PP 333 .Trees sprayed with PP 333 remained a relatively high flower formation rate though they were used to grow in extremely low temperature.
