摘    要:柑桔叶片相对含水量(RWC)随聚乙二醇(PEG)处理渗透势的降低而依次降低;叶片细胞质膜透性随PEG处理浓度的增加而依次增大;幼苗叶片累积脯氨酸的数量随水分胁迫时间和强度递增。

Abstract:The effect of water stress in the surroundings of roots on the permeability of the plasma membrane and free proline content in citrus leaves was studied. Citrus seedlings were treated with the Hoagland's solution containing polyethylene glycol(PEG) at different osmotic potentials,and the following results were obtained: (l)The relative water content of the leaves was gradually decreased with the decrease of PEG osmotic poten-tial. (2)The permeability of plasma membrane of the leaves increased gradually with decreasing PEG osmotic potential. (3) Proline content of citrus leaves was increased with time and intensity of water stress.
