摘    要:观测了苹果(金冠)、梨(鸭梨)、山植(面值)的花粉萌发和花粉管生长情况,结果表明,Li2SO4的浓度越高、处理时间越早,花粉萌发和花粉管生长的抑制程度越大,Ca2+和肌醇可不同程度地逆转上述效应。因此认为,细胞内一定量的肌醇和Ca2+是果树花粉萌发和花粉管生长所必需的,并对维持正常的肌醇磷脂代谢是至关重要的。

Abstract:The pollen of apple (cv. Golden Delicious ), pear (cv. Yan) and hawthorn (cv. Mianzha)were used for this experiment. Results showed the higher concentration and the earlier application Li2SO4 treated with the pollen, the more pronounced inhibitory effect on pollen germination and tube growth occurred. Such inhibition could be reduced in a certain extent by using inositol and CaCl2,. It is believed that a certain amount of inositol and ca2+ in the cells is necessary for pollen germination and tube growth, and is quite important for maintaining the normal phosphoinositide metabolism of pollen.
