PP333对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

摘    要:对多效唑(PP333)浸种或喷雾处理黄瓜幼苗进行了研究。试验结果表明,PP333能有效抑制幼苗株高和叶片细胞的生长,显著降低株高、减小叶面积,而对幼苗叶绿素含量、根系活力的影响没有规律。浸种比喷雾处理作用更直接,苗整齐度更好,PP333浓度以20mg/L较好。

Abstract:The effects of paclobutrazol on the seedling of cucumber was studied by seed soaking and spraying to the seedling with different concentration of PP333 in spring. The results showed that PP333 is effective in reducing the emergence rate, height of the seedling and leaf area. But there were no significant differences in biomass accumulation, stem thickness, content of chorophyll and root activity in different stage. Although the treated seedlings were greener than that of control seedling, the biosynthesis of chloroplast pigments was unaffected by PP333. Compared with the spraying, the seed soaking was much better on the uniformity of seedling. The results showed that the optimum concentration of PP333 should be 40 mg/L in spring.
