| 摘 要： | 对原产西藏林芝地区的野生黄牡丹种子进行育苗试验，并对其生长及开花特性进行观测，得出以下结论：林芝野生黄牡丹在甘肃兰州地区生长情况良好，植株特性与原产地基本一致；利用野生牡丹种子进行人工处理育苗，解决了种子野外自然繁育能力低的问题；采用室内装有河沙的花盆进行种子育苗，出苗后及时移栽到大田，大大地缩短了林芝黄牡丹的首次开花时间。

| Abstract: | By raising seedling and planting and observing the growth and flowering characteristics of Paeonia lutea from Linzhi, conclusion was as follows： Paeonia lurea grow well in Lanzhou area, Gansu province, and its characteristics are coincident with that in the source area; the problem of the low nature reproduction ability of Paeonia lutea＇s seeds on field has been solved by disposaling seeds; the first flowering time of Paeonia lutea has been shorten by raising seedling to flowerpot withriver sands and transplanting them to field in good time after emergence. |
