Abstract:One strain of Chitin microbial bacterium was isolated from the different maize cultivation areas in Ji-lin province, with colloidal chitin as their carbon source, and named CC-1, and finally identified as Bacillus sp by 16 SrRNA sequence amplification method. In addition, using SDS-PAGE analysis to further confirm this strains chi-tinase production capcity and chitinase molecular weight of proteins. And by the pot experiment on different fertility soil to study the effect of decomposition chitin microbial metabolites of maize growth. The experiments demonstrated that there was a positive effect on biological character and yield, but the effects of microbial fertilizer was greatly in-fluenced by soil basis fertility conditions. The results showed that the fertility of the soil condition was inversely pro-portional to the microbial stimulation effect. By comparison, poor soil had more sensitive to microbial treatment than fertile soil, showed a certain role on the biological characteristics and yield of maize, yield reached 13.08%.
