甘蔗和斑茅远缘杂交后代的染色体遗传分析

摘    要:对斑茅、Badila及甘蔗与斑茅杂交后代进行染色体计数与核型分析,探讨斑茅后代的染色体遗传。结果表明,海南斑茅92-105和92-77的体细胞染色体数均为2n=60,30对染色体全部为中部着丝点,臂比均在1.70以下,最长染色体与最短染色体长度之比小于2,属原始的1A型染色体。参试的甘蔗无性系的核型均属2B型。来自组合Badila(2n=80)海南斑茅92-105(2n=60)的杂种崖城96-66染色体数目为2n=70,染色体以n n的方式进行遗传;来自组合Badila×海南斑茅92-77(2n=60)的杂种崖城96-40染色体数目也为2n=70,杂种以n n的方式进行遗传;这些结果表明甘蔗斑茅杂交后代染色体以n n的方式进行遗传。

Abstract:This research was carried out to explore the chromosome behavior for the hybrid progenies of sugarcane and Erianthus arundinaceum by the means of chromosome number calculate and karyotype analysis.The results showed that the somatic chromosome number of both Hainan Erianthus 92-105 and 92-77 are 2n=60,all the 30 pairs of chromosome were median kinetochores with arm ratio less than 1.70 and the ratio of the longest and shortest chromosome less than 2.0.These indicated that the chromosome type of Hainan Erianthus belongs to original 1A type.Other tested clones of sugarcane were all belong to 2B type.The somatic chromosome number of progeny Ya 96-66 originated from Badila(female parent,2n=80)with Hainan Erianthus 95-105(male parent,2n =60)was 2n =70,following the law of n n;And the somatic chromosome number of progeny Ya 96-40 originated from Badila with Hainan Erianthus 95-77(male parent,2n=60)was 2n=70,following the law of n n,too.These results demonstrated that sugarcane and Erianthus arundinaceum was crossed in the way of n n.
