摘    要:植物的乳汁具有重要的药用价值和经济价值。乳汁产生于植物中的一种分泌结构,即乳汁管,故研究乳汁管生长发育的调控具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文主要综述近年来与植物乳汁管生长发育调控方面相关的研究进展,包括蛋白质、基因、生态因子、割胶、生长调节物质以及物种基因型和植株发育阶段对植物乳汁管生长发育的影响,以期为更深入了解乳汁管的生长发育规律及乳汁的开发利用提供基础资料。

Abstract:Plant latex has significant medicinal and economic value. Latex is produced in a kind of secretory structure named laticifer. As a result, studies on the regulation of laticifer growth and development have important theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, the paper summarized the research progress in recent years about the regulation on plant laticifer growth and development, including the effects of proteins, genes, ecological factors, tapping, growth regulators, species genotypes and developmental stages on laticifer growth and development, so as to provide basic information for in-depth understanding of the law of laticifer development and the utilization of plant latex.
