摘    要:为探讨低聚糖对小麦白粉病、全蚀病和条锈病抗性的诱导作用,用不同浓度的低聚糖处理接种该三种病原菌的小麦幼苗,观察和分析三种病害的发生状况。结果表明,低聚糖处理能够诱导小麦对白粉病、全蚀病和条锈病产生抗性,对小麦条锈病诱抗作用优于白粉病和全蚀病。低聚糖对小麦条锈病的防治效果以2mg.mL-1处理最佳,对白粉病和全蚀病以5mg.mL-1最佳。大田试验结果也表明,低聚糖对小麦条锈病有很好的防治作用。

Abstract:Studies were conducted to investigate the induced resistance of oligosaccharides extracted from the earth-hump to invasion of wheat take-all caused by Gaeumannomyces graminis,wheat stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici and wheat powdery mildew caused by Blumeria graminis.The wheat seeds or seedlings treated with different concentration of oligosaccharides to study the induced resistance to three diseases.The results showed that the oligosaccharide extracts from earth-hump could induce the resistance of wheat to B.graminis,G.graminis and P.striiformis,and the most effect was observed to P.striiformis.The most appropriate concentration of the oligosaccharide to control wheat stripe rust was 2 mg·mL-1,the control effect was more than 70%,and the induced effect could transmit to the untreated leaves.The induced effect of the oligosaccharide to B.graminis and G.graminis was lower than that to P.striiformis,the best concentration was 5 mg·mL-1,and the effect was much lower when the concentration of the oligosaccharide decreased.The result of field experiment showed that the oligosaccharide extracts could control the wheat stripe rust with a good effect of more than 60%.
