摘    要:本文介绍了等离子体处理苎麻的实验,测试了苎麻织物的纤维在等离子体处理前后的形貌特性和X射线衍射分析;用四被质谱计在线检测了射频放电产生的氧等离子体处理苎麻过程中的主要残气质谱,在氧等离子体处理时真空室的残气中有大量的氢、碳、氧及其化合物产生。测试表明等离子体处理苎麻织物时等离子中的荷能粒子和活性分子对苎麻纤维有较强改性作用,能有效改善苎麻织物性能。

Abstract:The residual gas mass was tested during plasma processing of ramie in this work. It turned out that there have quantities of hydrogen, carbon, oxygen and its compounds in vacuum residual gas. And the micro- characteristics of ramie processed by plasma such as optical microscopic photograph and X ray diffraction were also tested. Those proved that the ramie fibre was modified by the charged particles and active molecule of oxygen plasma.
