摘    要:通过试验比较各水稻品种在有机及常规栽培条件下的产量和品质,筛选适宜靖江市推广栽培的优良食味水稻品种。试验结果表明:相同品种在常规栽培下整精米率较高,加工品质较好;在有机栽培条件下,稻米外观品质较好,垩白粒率较低,垩白度较低。

Abstract:The yield and quality of different rice varieties under organic and conventional cultivation conditions were compared through experiments,and the excellent palatable rice varieties which suitable for promotion cultivation in Jingjiang City were selected.The results showed that the head rice rate of the same variety was higher and the processing quality was better under conventional cultivation.Under the condition of organic cultivation,the appearance quality of rice was better,the chalkiness grain percentage was lower,and the chalkiness degree was lower.
