| Abstract: | It is well known that raspberry tastes sour and sweet,and it is a favorite fresh fruit for people because of its high nutrition.The harvest and storage are very important because of its liability to be damaged and influenced by microorganism.This article deals with the considerations when harvesting raspberry and presents eleven methods to keep fresh and to store raspberry so as to provide technical support for realizing raspberry industrialization. |
