| 摘 要： | 随着农村人口不断向城市转移，农机化的发展有了更为广阔的空间，农机推广部门的工作任重而道远。重点分析了现代基层农机推广工作存在的问题和不足，提出了创新工作思路、开展试验示范和技术培训、提高基层农机人员的专业素质等措施，保障基层农机推广工作有效开展，实现农机化工作顺利推进。

| Abstract: | Along with the transferring of rural population to cities,the development of agricultural mechanization has a broad-er space.This paper analyzes the problems and insufficiency existing in the modern farm machinery promotion at the grass-roots level,proposes measure such as the innovation idea,carrying out the experiment and demonstration and technical training,and improving the professional quality of the agricultural machinery personnel at the grass-roots level,ensures the effective basic-lev-el agricultural machinery works,and realizes agricultural mechanization work smoothly. |
