| 摘 要： | 气象灾害的发生往往不能受到人为的控制，但是气象灾害造成的后果和损失能够因为提前的预警而做出相应对策而降低，尤其是作为气象灾害防御脆弱区域的农村，受气象灾害影响更为突出。气象预警大喇叭为气象灾害预报预警信息进村入户提供普及的可行性和实用性，能有效解决灾害天气预报预警信息传递的“最后一公里”瓶颈障碍，有效提高农村气象灾害预警工作能力，降低气象灾害造成的损失。

| Abstract: | Meteorological disasters often cannot be controlled by human beings,but the consequences and loss affected by mete-orological disasters can be reduced by early warning and corresponding countermeasures,especially for the meteorological disaster defense vulnerable areas of the countryside,affected seriously by meteorological disasters.Meteorological warning loudspeakers pro-vides feasibility and practicability of bringing meteorological disaster forecast warning information into every family,which can effec-tively solve the delay of disaster weather warning message to the village,effectively improve the rural meteorological disaster warning work ability,and reduce the loss caused by meteorological disasters. |
