| 摘 要： | 运用趋势外延法、判断法及单位用水量法,以1999年为现状水平年,预测2020年的昌黎县农业用水供需状况;建立农业水资源可持续利用综合评价指标体系,并对昌黎县2020年农业用水状况进行了可持续性评价,分析其中存在的问题,提出相应的对策,在促进当地农业水资源可持续发展的同时,为其他区域水资源的合理开发利用提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Supply-demand balance of agricultural water resources of Changli County in 2020 is forecasted on the current level of 1999 in this paper by using the methods of trend extending,judging and water use per capital.The comprehensive appraisal index system is established and used to appraise the sustainability of agricultural water resources in 2020.The existing problems are analyzed and some countermeasures are put forward to promote sustainable development of local agricultural water resources and provide beneficial reference for reasonable development and utilization of water resources in other areas. |
