摘    要:农作物产量相关表型性状参数的快速获取对作物育种以及产量相关研究至关重要,也是作物育种全程智能化的研究重点和难点。此外,作物基因组技术的快速发展让人类快速解析数量性状成为了可能,但作物表型数据的不足严重限制了这一可能。通过开发农作物表型测量技术和智能装备可加以解决。将作物产量相关表型性状参数获取技术及其智能装备用于作物的品种改良和解析基因组信息,定量研究与生长、产量和适应生物和非生物胁迫相关的复杂性状,是建立农作物生长模型和采集农作物高维、丰富表型数据集的重要途径,能够填补基因组信息与植物表型可塑性之间关联性的空白。当前我国作物考种技术正处于由机械化方式向智能化转型升级的关键阶段。本文从作物表型观测技术与装备研究两方面分析了国内外研究现状,提出了建立智能化手段,兼顾不同需求发展高性能、高效率、高可靠性农业考种装备,提升装备智能化水平的发展思路。

Abstract:The rapid acquisition of crop yield-related phenotypic traits is very important for crop breeding and yield-related research,and it is also the focus and difficulty of the entire intelligentization of crop breeding.In addition,the rapid development of crop genome technology makes it possible for humans to quickly analyze quantitative traits,but the lack of crop phenotypic data severely limits this possibility.It can be solved by developing crop testing technology and intelligent equipment.The use of crop yield-related phenotypic trait parameter acquisition technology and its intelligent equipment for crop testing and analysis of genomic information,quantitative research on complex traits related to growth and yield,is an important way to establish crop growth models and collect crop high-dimensional phenotypic data sets,which can fill the gap between genomic information and plant phenotypic plasticity.At present,the crop testing technology in domestic is in a critical stage of transforming and upgrading from mechanized methods to intelligent ones.It is analyzed in this paper the current research status at home and abroad from the aspects of crop phenotyping observation technology and equipment research.Also,the development idea of establishing intelligent means,taking into account different needs,developing high-performance,high-efficiency,high-reliability agricultural test equipment,and improving the intelligent level of equipment is proposed.
