摘    要:水泵电力消耗占水厂制水成本的30%-50%,如何降低成本是每个水厂致力研究的问题.介绍了变频调速节能的原理,探讨了变频调速技术在水泵调节控制系统中所选用的工作模式,并通过实例进一步阐述了变频调速技术在水泵控制系统中的应用.其应用效果,不仅是节约能源,还能够为水泵运行带来方便,延长设备的使用寿命,为企业的安全生产提供保证.

Abstract:The electric power consumption of water pumps accounts for 30% - 50% cost in the water making. How to lower the consumption of electricity and to reduce the cost is the major task in water factories. The principle of energy saving by variable frequency and speed adjusting in the pump control system is introduced. The application of variable frequency technique in a real pump control system is studied as an example. The method not only can economize the energy, but also bring convenience to operation, make equipments circulate more steady, prolong the life span of the equipments, and provide the assurance for the production safety.
