基于叶轮出口叶片间面积的潜水泵性能分析

摘    要:根据潜水泵导流器与叶轮的特性曲线方程,确定了最佳工况点.根据面积比原理,对不同的叶片出口安放角进行了分析;在井用潜水泵上,将同一个导流器与不同的叶轮组合并进行了试验.结果表明,叶片出口安放角不同,泵性能曲线将发生变化;只要保持面积比不变,同一个导流器与不同的叶轮组合,同样可以得到一种高效率的泵.将最佳工况点的测试结果与计算结果所作的对比分析表明,扬程、流量的相对误差均小于0.06,两者基本吻合.分析试验的结果为增加泵的规格并扩大使用范围提供了新的途径.

Abstract:According to curve equations of diffuser and impeller in submersible pump,the best condition point is determined.Based on the areas ratio principle,the different impeller outlet blade angles are analyzed;and experiments with the same diffuser coupling different impellers are carried out.The experimental results show that pump performance curve will change with different impeller blade angles;under a constant throat areas ratio,a pump with high efficiency can also be obtained for the submersible pump with one diffuser coupling with different impellers.By analyzing and comparing the calculated results with the testing points of best condition,the relative errors of head and flow are less than 0.06 and both are consistent well.
