基于图像处理与计算机辅助的物理机械播种装置研究

摘    要:采用计算机辅助中的虚拟设计技术,设计了一套物理机械播种装置。为了实现对该装置性能的检测,基于图像处理技术,采用大津法、中值法和二值法,设计和开发了一种播种装置性能参数检测方法,能够在条播、穴播和精密播种3种方式下实现对机械播种装置播种量、重播量和播种率的准确计算。

Abstract:In this paper,a set of physical mechanical seeding device is designed by computer aided virtual design technology.In order to detect the performance of the device,based on the technology of image processing,a method for detecting the performance parameters of the sowing device is designed and developed by using the method of Otsu,middle value and two values.It can realize the sowing amount,replay quantity and seeding rate under the three methods of strip sowing,cave sowing and precision seeding with accurate calculation.
